		<description>So, do you know of a plaicer that has the potential to  pay for its self in one season? or posably a workable property that the owner will settle for 50/ 50, till the asking price is met.( within a limited time)
Looking for a small project , not to big of an investment,   a grass roots starter that can be worked
into long term , family air loom.
